All NooPrint branding, software, layouts, and platform features remain the property of NooPrint LLC. Clients retain ownership of their uploaded content.
NooPrint may update services, pricing, or features at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
NooPrint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, including data loss or business interruption.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
